§ 94.05. POSSESSION OR USE OF LIVE BAITFISH IN CITY PARKS.

Latest version.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1) Use live baitfish while fishing on any waterbody in any city park; and
(2) That while fishing at a waterbody in a city park, to have in possession any live fish other than those taken from that waterbody.
(B) A violation of this section shall be punished as provided in § 94.99.
