§ 130.04. OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC WAY OR WATER FLOW.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, maintain, or suffer to remain, on any street or public sidewalk, a stand, wagon, display, or other obstruction inconvenient to, or inconsistent with, the public use of the same.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to stop or obstruct the passage of water in a street gutter, culvert, water pipe, or hydrant.
