§ 130.05. UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL OF DIRT FROM PUBLIC PROPERTY.

It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to remove, disturb, or take away from any street, alley, or public grounds any dirt, earth, stones, or other materials forming a part of the street, alley, or public grounds without first having obtained written permission to do so from the City Council.
